Phoenix Mandorla was born from a passion for facilitating health and wellness. Lynne Harvey (Bell) has 18 years of experience as a remedial therapist and intuitive healer. Her passion is people who fit into the more challenging categories in life – chronic pain management, stress and anxiety disorders, chronic health conditions and lymphoedema management.
After a hiatus from the hands-on health industry, Lynne is back and ready to support people in Central Queensland (and throughout the world) in reaching their full potential. As a life-long learner, her focus is on skill development to support those groups of people who need, and benefit from, hands-on therapy in reaching their full health potential and 'new normal'.
Phoenix Mandorla practices alongside a wonderful group of complementary businesses throughout Central Queensland so when you need something different to what Lynne can provide, she has the perfect referral partners to support you in your journey. It’s all about supporting local people to access local services.
'Through working with other local businesses, we develop a close-knit
community who work together to support our clients.'
The focus of Lynne's treatments is to down-regulate the nervous system - flipping it from 'fight and flight' into 'rest and digest'. This is where healing can occur, symptoms are managed, and pain is reduced. The nature of these treatments means that a client's body isn't fighting the treatment and taps into the client's inner wisdom about what would relieve their symptoms now and in the future which is the core of effective treatment outcomes.
The Phoenix is the legendary bird who burns in flames and is reborn from the ashes, bigger and stronger than ever. It symbolises strength and persistence after adversity – not just surviving but thriving and powerfully manifesting a life of experience and satisfaction.
The Mandorla (or Vesica Piscis) is a symbol of intersecting circles. The left circle is the past, the right the future. Where they insect is the present - the only place where we can act and make change to support our growth for the future.
The colour cloud surrounding the phoenix demonstrates the zest for life and seeing the world in full, bright technicolour. Living is experiencing the world with all five senses – bringing colour to all aspects of our self.
‘Colour affects emotions, emotions affect health, health affects our life; choose to be colourful’
The Phoenix in the intersection of the Mandorla, demonstrates that we all have the capacity to rise from adversity if we focus on the present, take action and let go of those expectations we’ve allowed to define us from the past. By doing so we clear the way to live our best life potential into the future.
Welcome to Phoenix Mandorla. We hope you enjoy your journey with us.
